I began taking pictures in 1976 while still in high school. In 1978 i was invited to see the Runaways perform in Hollywood and it was at that show in 1978 I became interested in music photography. Over thirty years later i still love the chance of capturing "the" shot, the one that truly embodies that one moment in time..
I have also realized that putting the camera down for a while to experience other things in life has kept my love of photography fresh. I have traveled the world while working as both an actor and screenwriter in Hong Kong. Returning to the states I’ve made Las Vegas my home, enjoying not only the peace the desert can bring but also the discovery of an amazing underground music scene that has been flourishing locally these past few years.
Never being a big fan of posed shots or studio style photos, I prefer instead to take a subject out into the real world and create something with life to it. With that in mind, I hope you enjoy some of my work posted here. My current schedule allows for both live concert work and more personal sessions on an individual basis. Photography is an adventure; I hope you will join me for the ride.
My best to you,
